Our production facilities
We operate our own high-capacity spring manufacturing facility located in Zaliznychne village, Poltava district, Poltava region, Ukraine. Our company has been assigned conditional number 2440 by Ukrzaliznytsia for marking suspension springs for freight and passenger railcars. We manufacture springs in quantities ranging from a single unit to large production batches within 3–14 days. We guarantee high product quality. A quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 has been implemented and is confirmed by a European certificate. Deferred payment terms are available. We have extensive experience supplying many large factories, industrial plants, and Ukrzaliznytsia. We are ready to provide all necessary qualification documentation.
For the serial production of metal parts and various metal products, we operate the following manufacturing facilities:
- a machining workshop equipped with CNC lathes and milling machines;
- a forging and pressing shop (production of forgings, etc.);
- cold and hot stamping capabilities;
- production of spare parts for mechanized supports;
- production of spare parts for explosion-proof electric motors and their cooled housings;
- a foundry shop;
- a multifunctional sheet-metal cutting section.
